The 1000 Miglia is gearing up to take the United States by storm with its Warm Up format, a training day at Summit Point Raceway, taking place today, Wednesday, October 23. The event includes three days of racing featuring a total of 118 Timed Trials and 8 Average Trials. Participants, accommodated at the Salamander Resort, will kick off activities at 9:00 AM with theoretical and practical sessions to learn the techniques of regularity racing.
Tomorrow, the actual competition will commence, with crews covering approximately 340 kilometers around Shenandoah National Park. The race will include a second leg in West Virginia and conclude in the heart of Middleburg with the Middleburg Trophy. The third day will take participants through Maryland to Washington, D.C., where they will pass by the Italian Embassy in the United States. The winners of the tournament will have the opportunity to secure guaranteed entry to the 1000 Miglia 2025.
