The third edition of the Sirmione Photo Residency has attracted the attention of 125 photographers from 15 different countries. Each participant has presented a unique project that reflects a different style and artistic approach, thus offering a variety of perspectives of the world through the lens.
The projects presented range from intimate portraits to breathtaking landscapes, from documentaries on everyday life to cultural explorations. Each photographer has brought their own experience and cultural background into their work, creating a collection of unique visual stories.
Among the participants are photographers from all over the world, including Germany, Italy, Ukraine, Hungary, Poland, United States, Brazil, and many other countries. Each of them has brought their own perspective and point of view to the assigned theme.
Among the most interesting projects are “Rear Seat Diaries – Heimat” by Ralph Milewski from Germany, “Venice: Diary of a winter” by Francesca Giari from Italy, and “Exploring the Resilient Hadza: Nomadic Life in Tanzania’s Wild Heartland” by Giuseppe Maria Galasso from Italy/Germany. These are just a few examples of the numerous projects that will be exhibited during the photo residency.
The complete list of participants can be found on the Sirmione Photo Residency website. Each photographer is accompanied by a link to their online portfolio, where further details about their work can be discovered and their photographs admired.
