Lombardy Region has recently announced an update to the Electronic Health Record Notification Service. This update provides citizens with the ability to make more personalized choices and select their preferred channel for receiving notifications, either through SMS or email.
Until now, citizens have received their electronic prescription number (NRE) on their mobile phones. However, in order to continue using this functionality, it is necessary to confirm interest in the service through one of the available channels:
1. Online: by accessing the “Profile and Settings” section of the Electronic Health Record on the official website.
2. At the choice and revocation desks of the relevant ASST (Local Health Authority).
3. Through the General Practitioner/Pediatrician of Free Choice.
4. At a pharmacy.
