It will begin with the book presentation at the Auditorium San Barnaba, during which awards will be given to breweries recognized with the “Chiocciola” (Snail) and those awarded with “Eccellenza” (Excellence). In the afternoon, there will be a technical workshop on fermentation at MO.CA. In the evening, there will be a meeting on beer tourism at the same location.
The second day will feature informative meetings for beginners and the curious, where the history of beer will be told and its peculiarities explained. Four Taste Laboratories will also be offered at Birralab, La Pulce, Spine, and Taverna di Paola, where it will be possible to taste some of the best beers and ciders in Italy paired with products from the Padernello Earth Market.
During both days, it will be possible to taste the beers of the awarded breweries at Birralab, La Pulce, Spine, and Taverna di Paola. It will be a unique opportunity to taste products with different styles, production areas, and characteristics.

The Councilor for Productive Activities and Tourism, Andrea Poli, highlighted the importance of the event for enhancing the agri-food resources of the territory. Eugenio Signoroni, curator of the Guide to Beers of Italy, emphasized that this presentation is a unique opportunity to discover the best of Italian Beer according to Slow Food.
The organization of the presentation was made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Brescia, MO.CA – Center for New Cultures, Slow Food Editore, and the Slow Food Terreacque Bresciane Convivium.
