Everything is ready for the 12th edition of the Salò run for Telethon, which has been included in the national Fidal calendar for a few years now. The event will take place on Sunday, May 26th on Lake Garda, with a dual objective: to complete the 10-kilometer course and beat the record.
Considered one of the main running events in Lombardy, the race will bring hundreds of runners from all over Italy to the streets of Salò. The slightly hilly route is designed within the town on Lake Garda, starting and finishing at the Lino Turina municipal stadium on Azzurri d’Italia street.
The organizers have provided special prizes for those who manage to beat Pietro Sonzogni’s record time of 30’58” set in 2022. Additionally, the top male and female Paralympic athletes will also be awarded.
The race, which will also determine the provincial titles, will start at 9 am. The registration fee is 15 euros and there are 500 bibs available. For further details and registrations, please visit the website www.runnersalo.org.
