The Municipality of Lonato del Garda has recently launched a free assistance service for the completion of the necessary declarations to calculate the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator). This service, resulting from an agreement with the CAAF, is aimed at residents of the municipality and will be available until December 31, 2024.
Where and How to Access the Service
The assistance is provided at the Municipality’s headquarters, located in the semi-basement floor in the “Services for Individuals” sector. To benefit from the service, it is necessary to make an appointment by contacting the Social Services Office at the telephone numbers 030 91392242 or 030 91392243.
What is the DSU and What is it Used For
The “Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica” (Unique Substitute Declaration) is essential to determine the ISEE, which allows access to various social benefits. The DSU collects detailed information about the family unit and its members through specific forms: the “Modello Base” (Base Model) and the “Fogli Componente” (Component Sheets).
Forms to be Completed
The DSU consists of different forms and sections to be completed based on the characteristics of the family unit and the type of benefit requested. In most cases, it is sufficient to complete the MINI model, simplifying the process for citizens.
