The second edition of the theatrical event “Luci in corte a Calmasino” is about to begin, bringing outdoor theater back to the charming village of Calmasino, a fraction of the municipality of Bardolino. The event is organized by the municipality in collaboration with the provincial committee of FITA (Italian Federation of Amateur Theater) in Verona.
From July 6th to August 24th, four Veronese theater companies will take turns on stage to offer evenings full of culture and entertainment. The schedule of performances includes an appointment every two weeks, with the shows starting at 9 pm.
The first show will take place on Saturday, July 6th and will be performed by the Fildefer Theater Company, presenting the play “Casca il palco” (The Stage Collapses). The Particelle Elementari (Elementary Particles) will follow on July 20th with “Liza – Dal fango a Bekin Pellis” (Liza – From Mud to Bekin Pellis), while El Gavetin will perform “El Cavalier de la trista figura” (The Knight of the Sad Figure) on August 10th. The event will conclude on August 24th with the play “Clan-destini” (Destinies) by the La Graticcia company.
