A car ended up in a watercourse in Manerba del Garda on the afternoon of Thursday, September 5th. The incident occurred while the vehicle was attempting to cross the D’Avigo stream, but the current began to carry it downstream. There were two people on board who were promptly rescued by the Fire Brigade.
To manage the situation, the Coast Guard dispatched vessels to the mouth of the watercourse to prevent further issues. The occupants of the car were secured and transported to the hospital for checks, fortunately without serious consequences.
