The “Libramente” review returns to Montichiari for the autumn-winter season with a rich program of literary events, organized by the Department of Culture in collaboration with the Mirtillo Bookstore and Montichiari Museums. The meetings, curated by Federica Belleri and Federico Migliorati, will take place in the evocative Sala della Riserva of the Lechi Museum every Saturday afternoon, aiming to promote reading and engage a diverse audience. The Cultural Councillor, Martina Varone, announced that the calendar, which will extend until the end of the year, will feature notable names appealing to young readers as well.
The program will kick off on October 26 with Barbara Fontanel, known as “La Panificatrice Folle,” followed by authors such as Laura Rosa, Roberto Bonzi, Filippo Ronca, and Valerio Varesi, a well-known noir writer. The topics covered will range from culinary traditions to physics, emotions, and mystery. The meetings, starting at 4:30 PM with free admission, offer an unmissable opportunity to explore works related to the local area and contemporary Italian culture.
