Montichiari has launched the SkillUp project, an initiative aimed at training and integrating 550 young unemployed, inactive, underemployed, and NEET individuals into the workforce. Promoted by the Municipality in collaboration with Generation Italy and the Adecco Foundation, the project offers free online courses in in-demand digital professions such as Data Engineer and Java Developer.
The training programs will last up to 14 weeks in a full-time format and do not require prior experience or specific educational qualifications. Upon completion of the courses, participants will have the opportunity to attend at least one job interview with over 800 partner companies involved in the program. To enroll, individuals must complete a brief online test and participate in a personal interview.
