The new album by Corimè, titled “Disarmo”, is available starting Friday, November 8, on streaming platforms, vinyl, and CD. The duo, consisting of brothers Maurizio and Roberto Giannone, who hail from Sicily and have been active in the area for some time, will present the album that same evening at the Monamì Live Social Space in Montichiari. For this occasion, they will be joined by Michela Manfroi on piano, Osasmuede Aigbe on electric guitar, and Matteo Vallicella on bass.
With a title that evokes a theme of profound relevance, Corimè describes the work as both an artistic and personal reflection of recent years. The album was produced by the duo alongside Gabriele Ponticiello, featuring contributions from well-known Italian artists such as Tenco Award winner Paolo Benvegnù, with whom they collaborated on the track “Prima Di tutto.” The album launch marks an important milestone in the group’s musical journey, having already garnered significant recognition in the Italian music scene.
