A special event will take place on Saturday, November 23 at 10:30 AM in Piazza della Vittoria in Salò, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Nati per Leggere, an initiative dedicated to children’s reading that involves families, educators, and volunteers across Italy. The gathering, open to all, aims to highlight the importance of reading as a tool for growth and connection, contributing to the cognitive and emotional development of young children. In case of bad weather, the event will be held at the local library.
The event is part of the Nati per Leggere National Week, which runs from November 16 to 24, coinciding with the International Day of the Rights of the Child and Adolescents. Participants are encouraged to bring cushions, blankets, and books to make the experience even more engaging. Over the years, Nati per Leggere has successfully spread the culture of reading among Italian families, advocating for every child’s right to experience stories that enrich their lives.
