In December, Salò offers a unique opportunity to explore its cultural heritage through the initiative “Traces of History in Salò,” which includes four guided tours. These events will take place on various dates starting from December 8th, and are designed for both residents and tourists eager to discover the historic capital of the Riviera. The tours will feature significant locations such as the Government Palace and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunciata, both of which bear witness to a rich and fascinating past.
The tours have been organized by the tourism department and the Pro Loco, following the success of summer initiatives that attracted over 250 participants. Each tour will cost 5 euros, with the option to purchase a pass for all four dates for 15 euros. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in local history through stories and detailed descriptions of the sites visited, thereby honoring the city’s cultural tradition during the holiday season.
