The 17th edition of the International Choral Competition in Riva del Garda will take place from March 24th to 28th, 2024. This traditional music event will bring together over 500 singers from around the world for four days of concerts and competitions.
The festival will kick off on March 24th with a parade of choirs in the historic center of Riva del Garda, starting at 4:00 PM from Piazza Garibaldi. The parade will be followed by an opening concert at the San Giuseppe Auditorium. In case of rain, the parade will be canceled.
During the following days, there will be numerous concerts and competitive performances, offering the opportunity to meet and listen to singers from all over the world. The competition will culminate on March 27th with the award ceremony for all participating choirs during the Grand Final at the San Giuseppe Auditorium.
The event is organized by Meeting Music, with Enrico Miaroma as the artistic director. Admission to all events is free, but it is recommended to make a reservation by email at info@meeting-music.com up to 48 hours before the event or at the Meeting Music festival office up to 48 hours before the start of the performances. Please note that a maximum of 250 seats are available.
