The Lombardy Administrative Court has recently dismissed the appeal filed by two minority lists concerning the local elections held in Sirmione on June 8 and 9. In its ruling, the Regional Administrative Court for Lombardy, based in Brescia, declared the appeal “unfounded,” emphasizing that the irregularities reported by the appellants are not substantial and do not affect the integrity of the electoral outcome.
The Mayor of Sirmione, Luisa Lavelli, expressed her satisfaction with the court’s decision, highlighting that this ruling confirms the legitimacy of the vote and serves as an encouragement to continue working for the community. She also reiterated the importance of transparency and participation in local governance.
