On Sunday, December 22, the first edition of the **Colnago Christmas** took place, a cycling event that thrilled participants in **Desenzano del Garda**. Cyclists had the opportunity to cover 50 km through the stunning winter landscapes of the lake and the morainic hills, thus concluding the cycling season in style. The event saw the participation of many enthusiasts, including Olympic champion Alessia Mancini, who kicked off the race at 9:30 AM following a convivial breakfast in Piazza Malvezzi.
The event was warmly received by local authorities, including Sports Councillor Pietro Avanzi and Deputy Mayor Stefano Medioli. Thanks to the efficient organization and the support of law enforcement, the athletes were able to enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience. With this initiative, the 2024 cycling season officially comes to a close, while the organizing team is already hard at work for the **Colnago Cycling Festival 2025**, scheduled for April 11-12-13 in Desenzano del Garda.
