Request for house arrest granted following stabbing outside the Art Club in Desenzano.
A 24-year-old man from Bedizzole, arrested for attempted murder after an assault that occurred last Saturday, will return home after the investigating judge granted house arrest as requested. The man had been taken into custody after stabbing a 20-year-old outside the Art Club nightclub, where a dispute had erupted in the parking lot over trivial matters. During the interrogation, the young man chose not to respond.
The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, with the victim being stabbed in the neck with a utility knife, resulting in a minor injury that will take about 15 days to heal. After being transferred to the Canton Mombello prison, the 24-year-old will now serve the precautionary measure at home while investigations into the incident continue.
