The 42nd Lake Garda Optimist Meeting, a youth sailing regatta organized by the Fraglia della Vela in Riva del Garda, will take place from March 28th to 31st. This event attracts over 1200 participants from more than forty different countries who will compete on the waters of Lake Garda.
The event serves as an opportunity to promote youth sailing, specifically the Optimist class, which is a lightweight sailboat suitable for young sailors. During these days, young sailors will have the chance to test their skills and compete with athletes from around the world.
The event will be held at the Fraglia della Vela in Riva del Garda, one of the main sailing centers on Lake Garda. The strategic location of the Fraglia allows athletes to enjoy the ideal conditions for sailing on Italy’s largest lake.
