A fire broke out on the evening of Thursday, January 16, affecting a residence on Via Pascoli in Ceniga di Dro. Around 9 PM, the fire started from the chimney, causing moments of concern among the residents. The prompt intervention of the firefighters, consisting of about fifteen volunteers, helped contain the flames and prevent significant damage to the roof of the house and nearby structures.
The firefighting operations were initiated swiftly, utilizing hoses for water supply and a team equipped with self-protective gear that monitored the situation on the roof using thermal imaging. To ensure adequate support, the district aerial ladder from Arco also responded. The activities concluded around 11 PM, bringing the situation under control without reporting any injuries or serious damage.
