The 49th edition of “Hospitality – The Salon of Welcome” was inaugurated yesterday morning in Riva del Garda, an international fair dedicated to the HoReCa sector, which will take place until February 6 at the Exhibition Center. This event, organized by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, spans an area of 45,000 square meters and features over 750 exhibitors, marking a significant 26% increase in new participating companies. During the event, visitors can attend more than 100 training and experiential events, with the participation of over 160 speakers from around the globe.
The Opening Talk kicked off the fair with a discussion on the theme “Hospitality, The People Industry,” involving key figures from the institutional and entrepreneurial landscape. Roberto Pellegrini, the event’s president, emphasized the global significance of the event and the arrival of over 70 selected buyers from various countries. Several authorities discussed crucial issues for the sector, from the importance of training to technological innovation in hospitality. The event promises to be an important opportunity to enhance the entire Italian tourism sector and promote new opportunities in the field of hospitality.
