A fire broke out yesterday evening, Thursday, February 6, at the Castiglione Swimming Pools, located on Via Fontane in Castiglione delle Stiviere. The alert was raised just before 11:00 PM, prompting an immediate response from the Mantova firefighters, who arrived at the scene along with an ambulance from Soccorso Azzurro. During the incident, one person was involved; however, according to reports from Areu (Regional Emergency and Urgency Agency), hospitalization was not deemed necessary.
The causes of the fire’s spread are currently under investigation and have not yet been clarified. Firefighters are working to fully extinguish the blaze and assess the damage to the structure.
