The post office in Gardone Riviera is back in operation following recent renovation work. The project, which included the renewal of flooring, repainting, and the installation of new ergonomic furniture, is part of the “Polis – House of Digital Services” initiative by Poste Italiane, aimed at enhancing public services in areas with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants. Citizens can now access not only traditional postal and financial services but also civil registry certificates and INPS services directly at the counter.
Located at Via Roma 10, the office operates from Monday to Friday from 8:20 AM to 1:45 PM, and on Saturdays until 12:45 PM. This revitalization represents an important step in ensuring the widespread availability of services in the region, a fundamental value for Poste Italiane in the current context of enhancing local communities. With over 3,490 offices involved across Italy and a final goal of approximately 7,000 new openings by 2026, the initiative underscores the company’s commitment to supporting less populated areas.
