A dramatic rescue took place in Riva del Garda on the morning of Saturday, the 22nd, when firefighters were called at 11:30 to free a person trapped in a bathroom. Due to the inability to access the interior through the door and the lack of available aerial resources, the operators had to employ SAF (Speleo Alpine River) techniques to descend from the roof and enter through a window.
Thanks to their promptness and skill, the firefighters managed to open the bathroom door, allowing the trapped individual to exit safely. The operation involved four firefighters and two vehicles, demonstrating the effectiveness of rescue operations even in challenging situations.
