The technical table for evaluating alternatives to the hospital redevelopment project at Desenzano Hospital has been officially convened, as announced by Mayor Guido Malinverno. The Lombardy Region sent a draft memorandum of understanding on February 27, which also involves the Province of Brescia, the ASST of Garda, and the ATS of Brescia. This memorandum outlines the establishment of a Working Group dedicated to exploring design options already considered in the Feasibility Study, as well as other solutions that may arise during technical discussions.
Malinverno expressed satisfaction with these developments, emphasizing the importance of considering different proposals compared to the construction planned in the area of the current sports field. The mayor thanked the political group supporting him for their assistance in this effort aimed at ensuring a healthcare project that meets the needs of the local community.
