An emergency air rescue operation was necessary today, Saturday, March 8, in Tremosine, where a hiker fell approximately 20 to 30 meters in a rugged wooded area. The firefighters from Riva del Garda were alerted around 11:00 AM and promptly mobilized two teams, supported by local operators, to reach the victim and provide assistance.
Thanks to the collaboration between the firefighters and the air rescue crew, the patient was successfully recovered and transported to safety. After the injured person was rescued, the two rescuers who had descended the slope were also brought back to safety. The operation involved two firefighting vehicles, seven operators, and two ambulances.
