The Vittoriale Amphitheater Festival has announced a special concert by Carmen Consoli, which will take place on July 21st at the Vittoriale Amphitheater in Gardone Riviera.
Carmen Consoli is considered one of the icons of the new Italian rock and boasts an extraordinary musical repertoire, full of awards and recognition. She was the first female artist to hold important roles and receive famous awards in the Italian music scene.
After the sold-out show in 2017, the “cantantessa” announces her return to the stage of the Vittoriale Amphitheater with a special concert dedicated to Sicilian musical tradition. The show, entitled “Terra Ca Nun Senti,” is a tribute to the traditional music of Sicily and combines acoustic and electronic elements, experimentation, and tradition.
The concert’s setlist will consist of traditional Sicilian songs and songs by wonderful artists born in that land, such as Franco Battiato, Rosa Balistrieri, and Carmen Consoli herself. It will be a great musical narration of Sicily, its landscapes, its stories, and its characters.
Tickets for the concert will go on sale starting from March 26th on the website www.anfiteatrodelvittoriale.it. Ticket prices vary depending on the location within the amphitheater.
