The fifth edition of the “Triathlon of the Accountant” took place in Moniga del Garda, a jovial event that attracted over 70 competitors on July 27, 2024. Created by marathon baker Aurelio Micheli, the event combined sports and fun through three eccentric challenges: swimming with inflatable rings, cycling on old and rusty bikes, and running along the lakeside in flip-flops or clogs.
The initiative evoked the iconic character of Fantozzi, a symbol of humor and misfortune, turning a serious competition into a moment of pure joy. Aurelio Micheli emphasized that the goal was to have fun rather than to compete seriously, confirming the event’s success in bringing laughter to both participants and spectators.
