Alfonso Amicabile, the founder of CanevaWorld, shared his story in Salò on October 18 during an event organized by the Lions Club Garda Valtenesi. The event, held at the Conca d’Oro restaurant, featured the presentation of the book “Caneva: My Story” and captivated an audience enchanted by the emotions conveyed by the author. The evening included entertainment moments, such as a performance inspired by “Dirty Dancing” and a rendition of “Writing’s on the Wall,” culminating in an interview that revealed personal aspects of Amicabile’s life.
In addition to its cultural component, the event also had a charitable purpose: participants contributed to the purchase of an Electronic Lion Cane for visually impaired individuals.
