From **November 15 to 18**, the **Antica Fiera di Cavalcaselle** will take place, an event with millennia-old origins set on **Colle San Lorenzo**, in the district of Castelnuovo del Garda. Organized by the Pro Loco in collaboration with the local administration, the event revives a historical tradition linked to the transhumance of shepherds, offering a blend of folklore and opportunities for community socialization. Mayor Davide Sandrini emphasized the importance of preserving the genuine character of the event.
The program includes various activities: Friday, November 15, will kick off with tree planting by the students of the “San Lorenzo” primary school, while Sunday, November 17, will feature the **52nd Stracada de la Fiera**, a non-competitive running event. Throughout the four days, there will be food and wine markets, stalls, children’s games, and entertainment moments such as saddle baptisms and various shows. The event will conclude on Monday, November 18, with a Mass at the chapel of Madonna degli Angeli and additional activities for the little ones.
