A 40-year-old man from Pakistan has been arrested by the Carabinieri in Bedizzole after he continued to stalk and threaten his ex-partner, despite a restraining order issued by the court. The man, who resides in Calvagese della Riviera and has a criminal record, had previously been reported for abuse during their cohabitation. Despite the legal order, he persisted in contacting the woman through social media and was seen near her home.
The situation prompted the victim to go to the Carabinieri station in Bedizzole to file a new complaint. This action led to the intervention of law enforcement and the arrest of the man, who is currently in Brescia prison awaiting further legal developments.
