The Artisan Chocolate Festival Returns to Desenzano, a highly anticipated culinary event that will take place from Friday, November 29, to Sunday, December 1, along the Cesare Battisti lakeside. From 10:00 AM until late at night, visitors will have the opportunity to savor a wide selection of chocolate delicacies prepared by Master Chocolatiers from various regions of Italy. Among the specialties offered will be truffles, pralines, gluten-free and raw chocolate, as well as chocolate liqueurs and other artisanal delights. The event aims to create a sweet village where, in addition to tastings, there will be demonstrations and workshops to discover the techniques of chocolate crafting.
Throughout the three days of the festival, the public will have the chance to participate in a unique culinary experience at a gourmet restaurant dedicated to chocolate, where Italian tradition blends with cacao. Activities for children are also planned, including entertainment and educational workshops to raise awareness among students about the mindful consumption of genuine foods. Interested teachers will need to register through the dedicated website to enroll their classes in the workshops. For further details about the event, the official Facebook page can be followed.
