A Brescia entrepreneur was the victim of assault and robbery in Parma on December 13, leading to the arrest of the alleged perpetrators, Jeffry Molamed and Fani Innocenti, aged 40 and 50, respectively. The incident, which gained attention on social media due to a witness’s video, shows the entrepreneur being dragged by a moving car after he attempted to stop the two criminals who had approached him with the promise of a phone deal. The robbers stole 15,000 euros in cash from the man before fleeing.
The investigations carried out by the carabinieri led to a request for a precautionary measure by the local Prosecutor’s Office, which was subsequently accepted by the preliminary investigations judge. Through the identification of the vehicle’s license plate captured by surveillance cameras, the authorities were able to track down the suspects in the Garda area. After identifying and arresting them, a search of their home revealed the presence of the stolen money, which was returned to the entrepreneur after he received treatment for the minor injuries sustained during the assault.
