Bardolino: The Municipality is Developing a Plan to Address Residents’ Housing Needs. The local administration has initiated a survey through a questionnaire aimed at citizens, with the goal of analyzing the housing needs of the community. This project seeks to gather essential data for the creation of a new First Home Increase Plan in response to a growing housing crisis. Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized that “collecting expressions of interest will allow us to map the actual needs of the area and plan targeted interventions.”
The Municipality aims to promote the development of affordable and social housing, focusing on supporting young people looking to start a family and families facing economic difficulties. Through this approach, it intends to ensure access to properties, both for ownership and rental, at controlled prices. Citizens are encouraged to complete the questionnaires by February 28, submitting them via email or delivering them directly to the municipal protocol office.
