The new skate park in Bardolino will be inaugurated on Saturday, November 30, at 11:30 AM, in the Ca’ Nove area, at the beginning of the promenade towards Garda. The opening ceremony, which will be attended by the local administration and citizens, will be followed by skateboarding and roller demonstrations from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This new facility, which cost 330,000 euros fully funded by state grants, provides an outdoor area for skating, skateboarding, and BMX enthusiasts, accessible from the Rivalunga promenade.
The local administration has emphasized the importance of the project as part of the creation of a “sports hub” dedicated to youth and leisure activities. Mayor Daniele Bertasi highlighted how the skate park represents another step towards enhancing the area, which is also set to host sporting events. With a total area of approximately 800 square meters and constructed with poured concrete, the park is designed to integrate typical urban furniture features, thereby providing a communal space for residents and tourists alike.
