The Municipality of Bardolino has launched an initiative to better understand the housing needs of its residents through a questionnaire available on the official website. Citizens are encouraged to express their requirements regarding residential construction, with the aim of planning more effective urban interventions. Responses must be submitted by February 28, either via email or delivered in person to the Protocol Office.
Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized the importance of addressing the housing challenges faced by families in economic difficulty and young people wishing to settle in the municipality. The initiative aims to promote sustainable housing solutions, such as subsidized and social housing, and to gather useful data for designing an affordable housing plan that can enrich the market for reasonably priced rentals. Collecting expressions of interest represents a crucial step in mapping the actual needs of the area and ensuring balanced development within the community.
