A road accident occurred in Bedizzole on the evening of Friday the 15th, around 10:30 PM, when a 29-year-old man was struck by a car while walking along the roadside, between via Brescia and via Valtenesi, near the Road Bar. After the impact, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene without offering assistance. The young man, in critical condition, was immediately transported under code red to the Civil Hospital of Brescia.
Investigations carried out by the Carabinieri of Desenzano quickly led to the identification of the hit-and-run driver, a 61-year-old man who was behind the wheel of the car involved in the incident. Authorities are continuing to gather information to clarify the details of what happened and ensure that justice is served for the injured young man, whose condition remains critical.
