A violent brawl broke out last night outside a bar located in Salò, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, known as the “Fossa.” The reasons for the altercation that led to the throwing of chairs and other objects are still unclear, and the individuals responsible have not been identified. A 62-year-old man suffered minor injuries and required an ambulance.
The Carabinieri intervened at the scene to reconstruct the events. It is important to note that in 2023, the Municipality of Salò introduced the urban Daspo, which imposes a ban on access to certain areas for those who have committed acts that harm public decorum and tranquility. The Fossa di Salò is one of the areas subject to this restriction.
It is still early to draw conclusions about the exact dynamics of the brawl and the individuals involved. It will be the responsibility of law enforcement to carry out the necessary investigations to shed light on what happened.
