The Parco Giardino Sigurtà in Valeggio sul Mincio is preparing to host the most exciting event on its calendar: Buskers Park. The event is scheduled for Sunday, May 19, 2024, when street performers from around the world will animate the 600,000 square meters of one of Europe’s most visited parks.
A festival immersed in the beauty of nature, visitors will be able to enjoy the thousands of blooming roses that adorn the park, along with scenic peonies, yellow, white and purple irises, and delicate water lilies in the Water Gardens. The atmosphere will be made even more magical by the performances of the street artists who will entertain at various points in the park.
There will be a show for every taste. Throughout the day, visitors will be entertained by a variety of performances ranging from magic to balancing acts, from contortionism to juggling. A magician will entertain both young and old with balloon tricks and prestidigitation, while stilt walkers will amaze the audience with breathtaking acrobatics.
But the surprises don’t end there. Two jesters will entertain the audience with a magical sphere dance, while giant soap bubbles float in the air, creating moments of enchantment. In addition, a flying piano lifted by balloons at a height of 4 meters will bring melodies that blend with the beauty of the park.
Acrobatic shows and much more. Directly from the television show “Italia’s Got Talent,” an aerial dancer will enchant the audience with her suspended evolutions. And for those who love extreme balance, a tightrope walker will offer a street theater show that combines elements of tightrope walking and juggling on a taut wire.
