The Municipality of Calcinato has announced the closure of Via Cavour, located in the Calcinatello district, starting at 7:00 AM on January 7, 2025, and lasting until 11:59 PM on January 31, 2025. This decision has been made to facilitate construction work on the Tav sites, which are part of the Brescia Est-Verona line development. During the closure period, the road will be closed to vehicular traffic, except for construction vehicles.
To ensure alternative traffic flow, three routes have been established: users heading to the provincial capital can use Via Brescia; those traveling to Desenzano will need to follow Via Garibaldi and Via Stazione; finally, an alternative route is available for those moving towards Calcinato for other destinations.
