On October 21, 2024, Lake Garda will host a significant gastronomic event organized by ItaliaSquisita, which will close the summer season with an autumn festival dedicated to charity. The picturesque setting of the Rocca di Lonato will provide the perfect backdrop for the event “Stelle di Lago,” starting at 7:00 PM.
A Journey into Italian Gastronomy
Following the success of the summer event “Fermento in Langa,” ItaliaSquisita continues to promote Italian culinary culture with a new gathering that celebrates the country’s gastronomic excellence. During the evening, attendees will have the opportunity to taste dishes prepared by Michelin-starred chefs, master pastry chefs, and mixologists, all committed to presenting a variety of innovative and traditional tastings, offering participants a unique culinary experience.
The event promises to be an opportunity to explore the diverse facets of Italian cuisine, featuring savory and sweet dishes in a gastronomic journey designed to satisfy even the most refined palates.
Support for the Ugo Da Como Foundation
A fundamental aspect of the event is its charitable purpose. All proceeds will be donated to the Ugo Da Como Foundation, a non-profit cultural organization. The foundation’s primary objective is to promote the study and enhancement of Italy’s cultural heritage, supported by a monumental complex that includes the Venetian Visconti Fortress and other significant historical sites.
Founded based on the testamentary will of Senator Ugo Da Como in 1941, the foundation is dedicated to the protection and preservation of artistic collections, supporting cultural and educational initiatives aimed at students and researchers.
