A chimney fire occurred on Wednesday, November 13, around 6:30 PM, in the historic center of Riva del Garda, specifically in Piazza III Novembre. The alert was raised quickly, and the local firefighters responded with a fire engine, a platform ladder, and several support vehicles, mobilizing about twenty personnel to tackle the situation. The flames had erupted from the chimney of a residence, threatening to spread to the entire roof of the building.
Thanks to the swift action of the firefighters, the fire was contained before it could cause further damage. After securing the structure, efforts focused on clearing the chimney. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported in the incident.
