From 11:00 PM on Saturday, November 9, until 6:00 AM on Sunday, November 10, the A4 motorway between the Desenzano and Sirmione toll booths will be closed to traffic due to works related to the construction of the Brescia-Verona Lot of the Turin-Venice High-Speed Railway. The operations involve the installation of a new overpass at km 250+350, with the closure affecting both lanes in the stretch between km 244+350 and km 251+713.
During this period, vehicles heading to Milan will need to exit at the Sirmione toll booth and continue on S.R.11 to re-enter the motorway at Desenzano, while those traveling towards Venice will be diverted at the Desenzano toll booth to then re-enter at Sirmione. The company has stated its commitment to reopening the stretch ahead of schedule, if possible.
