Starting from January 10, 2025, the toll booth at Peschiera del Garda on the A4 motorway will be subject to a necessary closure due to construction works for the AV/AC line in the Functional Lot Brescia Est – Verona, managed by the Cepav Due Consortium. The closure will last approximately 24 days and will occur in several phases: initially, from 10:00 PM on January 10 to 10:00 PM on January 19, the toll booth will be completely closed to allow for the renovation of the interchanges.
Subsequently, starting from January 19, the entry ramps for Milan and Venice will reopen, while the exit ramps will remain closed until February 2, when the toll booth will fully reopen. During this period, travelers will be able to use the alternative toll booths at Sommacampagna or Sirmione and will follow specific signs along alternative routes such as the SR/SP 11 and SR249 to minimize inconvenience and ensure traffic safety. The operations have been scheduled for winter to limit the impact on the tourist season.
