In Salò, on September 28th, the artistic-floral festival “Margherite in Calchera” will take place, an event dedicated to the renewal of the flowers painted last year on the pavement of Via Fantoni. This street, historically linked to lime processing and nicknamed Calchera, is home to large daisies painted by the locals in 1981 to raise awareness among local administrations.
The event will kick off at 2 PM with activities for all ages: children can participate in a drawing workshop led by Alice Pasotti in Piazza Duomo, while adults will engage in street art with the help of volunteers. The day will culminate with a gong bath offered by Maison Nama’Soul and a concert by the duo Dinamicamente at 7 PM in the portico of the former Baden-Powell Gardens.
