The bailiff, along with the Ats and the Police, carried out the eviction, granting only a few days’ extension to transfer the felines to the municipal cattery. Pagliarini, who has been taking care of numerous abandoned animals for years, expressed her desire not to be separated from her cats, stating that she would be willing to sleep in a sleeping bag just to stay close to them.
Deni’s love for felines has led her to manage over 50 animals simultaneously in an apartment near the train station. Despite financial difficulties and the absence of a steady income for years, her dedication to the animals has never wavered. The situation remains critical and filled with conflicting emotions as the deadline for the extension granted for the transfer of the cats approaches.
