Desenzano: New Free Parking Lot Inaugurated by Acli. Today, Wednesday, January 22, 2025, the inauguration of the parking lot located on Via Caporali took place in the presence of the local administration. This intervention for the redevelopment of the historic center has been designed to enhance accessibility and usability of the area, addressing issues related to the unpaved ground and the inconveniences caused by adverse weather conditions. The parking lot offers 71 free parking spaces, including 3 reserved for people with disabilities, and features a paved surface that ensures greater safety and comfort.
The administration emphasized the importance of this project for the community, highlighting how the new parking lot represents a concrete solution to the accessibility problems of the historic center. The total investment amounts to 700,000 euros, which includes the purchase of the area from the Cathedral Parish and the necessary redevelopment works to make the space functional and orderly. With this project, Desenzano aims to further enhance the livability of its central area, benefiting both residents and local businesses.
