Desenzano, Sagra de San Biase: treasurer of Cuori Ben Nati assaulted and robbed. A dramatic incident marked the conclusion of the “Sagra de San Biase,” an event organized by the “Cuori Ben Nati” association from Rivoltella, which took place from January 31 to February 3. On Monday evening, Ivan Spazzini, the association’s treasurer, was attacked by three masked assailants while returning home. The criminals threatened him and, after breaking the rear window of his car, stole the takings from the last night of the patronal festival, estimated at around 6,000 euros, along with some personal belongings.
Law enforcement is currently investigating the incident to identify those responsible for this bold and well-planned robbery. This serious episode not only impacts a local association active in social work and solidarity but also raises concerns about the economic repercussions the folkloric group will face in trying to cover the expenses incurred for organizing the event, including the tent used during the festivities.
