On Sunday, November 10, the San Felice del Benaco Agricultural Cooperative will open the doors of its olive mill for a day dedicated to discovering new oil. The event will take place from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and admission will be free. Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to take guided tours of the fully operational mill and enjoy oil tastings, with themed tastings scheduled at 12 PM and 4 PM.
Founded in 1946 by a group of local olive growers, the cooperative is renowned for the quality of its oil, produced exclusively from olives cultivated by its members from the olive groves on the Brescia side of the lake. The varieties used primarily include Casaliva, Frantoio, and Leccino, ensuring a genuine and transparent product.
