On **Friday, October 18, 2024**, an event titled **“Let Me Tell You About Dyslexia”** will take place at the **Sala dei Provveditori** in the Municipality of Salò. Organized by the Department of Public Education in collaboration with the Italian Dyslexia Association, the event will feature a **dyslexic computer engineer** who will share his life experiences. The aim of this meeting is to provide a firsthand account of the daily challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities, helping the audience to **better understand** the difficulties and strengths of those living with dyslexia.
On **Friday, November 8, 2024**, also at the **Sala dei Provveditori** in Salò, there will be a **presentation of the new book** by **Mario Maviglia** and **Laura Bertocchi**. This event, organized in collaboration with the Department of Public Education, will be moderated by **Flavio Casali**, who will engage in dialogue with the authors. During the evening, the themes explored in the book will be discussed, providing an opportunity for reflection and exchange on topics related to education and learning disorders.
Although the two events are distinct, they share the intent to **deepen and raise awareness** among the public about issues related to learning disabilities, offering insights through both personal testimony and literary exploration.
