Yesterday, Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Torri del Benaco, the 49th Assembly of Federalberghi Garda Veneto took place, an important meeting that saw the participation of over 410 hotel establishments and numerous representatives from local authorities, including the President of the Province of Verona, Flavio Pasini, and the Chief of Police of Verona, Rosaria Amato. The assembly, titled “TOGETHER – New Tools for the Future of Your Business,” addressed crucial topics for the tourism sector, such as insurance coverage and access to new lines of credit. During the event, the 2024 Hotelier Awards were also presented, recognizing the most longstanding companies and those committed to sustainability.
The Mayor of Torri del Benaco, Stefano Nicotra, expressed pride in the choice of venue for the assembly, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between administrations and productive categories. Notably, the presence of students from the I.P.S.A.R. Luigi Carnacina in Bardolino was highlighted, as they contributed to the hospitality for the guests. President De Beni underscored the importance of joining forces during a period characterized by rapid changes in the tourism sector, while technical presentations provided valuable information to members to help them face current challenges.
